ストレス応答の脳内調節機構の解明自己紹介
ストレス応答は,ストレスが負荷された後に生体が示す正常な防御機構の1つです。しかし,過剰かつ持続するストレス応答は種々のストレス関連疾患を誘起する一因ともなります。私は,ストレス応答の脳内調節メカニズムの解明を主たる研究テーマとし,ストレス応答の持続やネガティブ・フィードバックシステムの破綻に関わる機序を明らかにしようと試みています。各種薬物の脳内マイクロインジェクションやストレス負荷動物を用いたダイアリシス実験,ストレス負荷動物から得た脳組織を用いた組織実験などを組合せ,多面的なアプローチを行っています
